INGREDIENTS

Everything we serve is pure and all-natural: no artificial preservatives, colors, or sweeteners. No flavor enhancers, hydrogenated oils, or processed foods. Our pork is hormone and antibiotic free.

THE SANDWICHES:

PORK: All natural pulled pork.

CHICKEN: All natural chicken thigh.

VEG: Roasted onions, fennel bulb, and barley.
(Even with the bun, this sandwich is 100% vegan.)

THE POSOLE:

Hominy, crushed tomatillos, onion, jalapeño, garlic, spices and herbs.

THE SAUCES:

MAXIMUS: Slightly spicy (2-star Thai) - with beer, six pepper blend, onions, and fruit juices. For more heat, ask us to add some "hurt."

MINIMUS: Slightly sweet - tamarind, honey, and molasses.

THE SLAWS:

MAXIMUS: Light chipotle vinaigrette, radish, and cilantro.

MINIMUS: Honey mustard vinaigrette, cranberries, sweet onion, and mint.

MAX AND CHEESE:

Beecher's "World's Best" Mac & Cheese: Flagship and Just Jack cheeses, penne pasta, and a proprietary spice blend.
